Amazing service, the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable, helped me greatly when buying a new console. Happily price matched a second controller for me when I didn’t even realise it was cheaper elsewhere, and informed me on PlayStation plus games instead of selling me the games so saved me a lot of money.

Small but full of stuff. As with all stores has a pretty good range and plenty of specials. The staff are really helpful and will happily take your money with a smile. The range of games is standard fare for this store but they will look up their inventory for you and send you to another store to get that special item if you are looking for something they don’t have in stock 👍🏻👍🏻

Awesome store, great staff too. Really friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. They volunteer information on how to get optimal value for trades and purchases so you know you're getting the best deal possible. Overall they just do an amazing job at actually serving the customer. Glad this store is my local but I'd go out of my way to do my games shopping here if I moved.

Both times I have been in to this store the staff have been the highlight of my experience. I purchased a preowned ps4 and the controller was faulty, simple swap over though both times the staff were so polite, exceptional service, apologetic and generally welcoming. Not something I’m used to in such a store or let alone any retail experience. Thank you for making my time in store so fantastic.

I've recently had a very poor experience in this store. I sent my PS4 PRO in for a clean. I get a message that the hard drive had died, I was offered a new hard drive for $150 or a trade-in of $150 on a PS5. I bought the PS5 and was told I would get my trade-in when my old console was returned to the store. My old console arrived, and I got a call. They're now offering me $70 as a trade-in. I made a complaint to their head office and am basically told sorry, but that's the offer now. They have lost my business over this, and I will never purchase from this company again.

We've had nothing but great service, especially from the lady who changes hair colour every so often. She's lovely and we'll definitely lay-by from here again. She was always helpful when we came in-store.
